What data we process

Only the data you choose to share: the name, email and message you send through the contact form, and the email, name and, if you choose to add it, the mobile number you enter to join the newsletter or the free 7-day journey. Your number is used to message you on WhatsApp only if you tick the dedicated box. While you browse, the servers hosting the website record essential technical data (for example IP address and browser type) to keep it running safely.

Why we process it

To reply to your messages and requests (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in replying to you) and to send you the newsletter if you subscribe (legal basis: your consent). Your data is used exclusively for these purposes.

Free 7-day journey and the “Reflections” newsletter

If you request the free journey, you receive one email a day for seven days, then one reflection a month. If you subscribe to the Reflections, you receive one reflection a month. Your subscription starts when you confirm through the link you receive by email, and you can end it at any time through the “Manage your subscription” link in every email: from that moment the emails stop.

How long we keep it

Messages received through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to reply and follow up on your request. Newsletter data is kept while your subscription is active; you can ask for complete deletion at any time.

Services that help us

The website is hosted by Netlify. Newsletter data is stored on Supabase, with servers in the European Union, and emails are sent through Resend, with servers in the European Union. The discovery call button opens Calendly, which has its own privacy policy. Fonts are hosted on the website itself. These providers act as data processors; any transfer of data outside the European Union is protected by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive a copy of it (Articles 15–22 of EU Regulation 2016/679), by writing to info@raffaeladivincenzo.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
